🔥 Heat is rising and so must our preparedness.
Extreme heat is no longer a distant risk. It is a lived reality reshaping lives, economies, and health systems. At the World Health Summit 2025, the Bundesministerium für Gesundheit (BMG) and the Global Health Hub Germany brought this challenge to life through an interactive tabletop simulation exercise, showing what it takes to protect people when temperatures rise.

🩺 Position: Project Assistant (Minijob)
🕒 Working hours: Approx. 5 hrs/week (20 hrs/month), flexible schedule, home office
💶 Salary: €22/hour
📅 Start date: As soon as possible
Main Tasks:
• Support project management and coordination of the ##GoRedcampaign
• Handle communication, documentation, and scheduling (incl. meeting prep)
• Manage contact lists and invitations for media, policymakers, and stakeholders
• Assist with event planning (e.g. GoRed event in January 2026)
• Support PR, social media, and press activities
• Maintain website content
• Coordinate sponsors and prepare follow-up materials
Your Profile:
• Experience in administrative or project work, ideally in communications or event coordination
• Excellent German skills (spoken & written)
• Confident use of MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
• Reliable, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills
• Understanding of working with volunteers and commitment to social impact
What’s Offered:
• Flexible, mostly remote work
• Permanent contract
• Meaningful role in promoting women’s leadership and diversity in healthcare
