Dear Global Health Hub Germany Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Darien Castro, and I am writing on behalf of the Transform Health Youth Council. We are a global youth-led platform working at the intersection of digital health, equity, governance, and rights-based approaches to public health systems strengthening.

We would like to formally invite the Global Health Hub Germany to explore opportunities for collaboration or structured dialogue around shared priorities, particularly in the areas of One Health, Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), and public health resilience. We see strong potential for synergy between the Transform Health Youth Council agenda and the Global Health Hub’s leadership in convening policy, research, and multi-stakeholder action within the German and international global health landscape.

Specifically, we are interested in examining collaborative pathways such as:

    - Joint policy dialogues or technical exchanges on One Health governance and AMR mitigation strategies
    - Youth engagement and capacity-building initiatives linked to public health preparedness and systems resilience
    - Cross-sectoral approaches integrating digital health, surveillance, and environmental health within AMR and One Health frameworks
    - Opportunities to align youth-led perspectives with parliamentary, academic, and civil society processes supported by the Global Health Hub

We believe that meaningful collaboration between institutional global health actors and youth-led movements is essential to address complex, interconnected health challenges—particularly those exacerbated by climate change, biodiversity loss, and inequitable access to health systems.

We would be honored to explore these opportunities further and would welcome the possibility of a virtual meeting or an initial exchange to identify areas of mutual interest and strategic alignment.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to the possibility of working together to advance inclusive, sustainable, and evidence-based global health action.

    Kind regards,

    Darien Castro
    Transform Health Youth Council
