Job Opportunity at Charité Student Assistant (d/f/m) in Diversity-Oriented Organisational Development
Position: Student Assistant (part-time, 40 hrs/month)
Project: Empowerment for Diversity (focus on combating discrimination and racism in healthcare)
Tasks:
o Support organisational development processes for diversity justice in healthcare institutions
o Build and network with partner institutions (clinics, health facilities)
o Assist with event organisation (strategy workshops, change management, evaluation)
o Collaborate with project partners, committees, and public relations
o Contribute to reports, presentations, and publications
Profile:
o Enrolled students in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing Science, Psychology, Humanities or related fields
o Interest in diversity-sensitive health research and organisational development
o Knowledge in diversity/anti-discrimination issues
o Good German skills (other languages an advantage)
o Experience with interviews & willingness to travel desirable
Conditions:
o Start: 01.12.2025
o Contract: Fixed-term until 28.02.2029
o Pay: €14.32/hour (TV Stud III)
