Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Germany is seeking a General Director (f/d/m) to lead its German section for a six-year term, starting 15 February 2027. Based in **Berlin** and working full-time, the successful candidate will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for an organisation of more than **450 employees**, while representing MSF nationally and internationally. 🌍🤝

Key responsibilities include leading the management team, overseeing organisational growth and finances, promoting equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), representing MSF in public and political discussions, managing crisis response and communications, and contributing to governance within the international MSF network.

Applicants should have extensive senior leadership experience, ideally in a complex international organisation, a strong commitment to MSF’s humanitarian values, experience in public representation and media engagement, and excellent German and English (C1+) language skills. A university degree (or equivalent professional qualification) and willingness to travel internationally are required.
