The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) is funding preclinical and/or phase 1 proof-of-concept studies of promising Bundibugyo virus vaccine candidates as part of CEPI’s funding of urgent outbreak response activities undertaken in light of the rapidly evolving outbreak of Ebola disease caused by BDBV in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Uganda.

Applicants are encouraged to submit proposals that are scientifically robust, operationally feasible, and aligned with the urgent public health need to expand the available options for prevention and control.
