The Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung (KBV) is looking for a Data Engineer (w/m/d) / Senior Consultant for the Department of Digitalisation & IT (Data & Automation Division).

📍 Start date: 01.09.2026
📅 Contract: Temporary parental leave replacement until approx. 31.07.2027
🏥 Sector: Healthcare IT / Business Intelligence

🔹 Main responsibilities:
• Develop and implement BI solutions based on Oracle Exadata & MicroStrategy
• Support software updates, installations & configurations
• Improve data quality and validation processes
• Drive process optimisation in data management
• Conduct complex data analyses and develop dashboards/reporting solutions
• Collaborate with specialist departments on healthcare data usage and analysis
• Lead projects from concept to rollout

🔹 Profile requirements:
• Degree in Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of DWH & BI architectures
• Experience with BI/database technologies, SQL & Python
• Skills in reporting, data visualisation, data modelling & integration
• Analytical, solution-oriented and team-focused mindset
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus
• German language skills at minimum C1 level
