Lead a national project focused on strengthening resilience, self-help structures, and advocacy for informal caregivers. This strategic leadership role combines project management, public representation, and team guidance to improve support systems for caregiving relatives.

* Overall project leadership and strategic development of a federally funded initiative
* Expand self-help networks and digital support services for caregivers
* Strengthen political advocacy and public visibility
* Build partnerships with stakeholders in health and social sectors
* Lead and support project team, ensure continuity and impact
* Manage funding, reporting, and concept development

👤 profile requirements

* Academic background in health, social, or care-related fields
* Strong knowledge of the care system and challenges of informal caregiving
* Proven leadership experience in project management, PR, and team coordination
* Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and analytical mindset
* High level of social commitment and communication skills
* Digital competence and independent working style
