Charité’s Institute for Clinical Nursing Science is looking for a Scientific Research Associate to support teaching and research within the Bachelor of Nursing program. This is a fixed-term 3-year position with the opportunity to pursue a PhD, starting 01.07.2026.

Tasks include planning and delivering nursing-related lectures, contributing to curriculum development, supervising students in theory and practice, designing and conducting exams, and participating in research projects (including proposals, implementation, and evaluation).

Applicants should hold a professional nursing qualification (general or pediatric) and a Master’s degree in Nursing Science, Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field. Practical nursing experience is required; teaching and research experience are advantageous. Strong interest in academic teaching, evidence-based practice, and research is expected, along with good communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Fluent German and English are required.
