Role overview

Senior leadership role focused on HIV prevention and treatment delivery, ensuring that new health innovations are effectively introduced and scaled in high-burden countries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Key responsibilities

* lead strategy and implementation of HIV product introduction and delivery
* scale new tools such as long-acting treatments, diagnostics, and digital solutions
* work with ministries of health and partners to integrate interventions into national systems
* use data and analytics to guide decisions and track progress
* manage grants, partnerships, and investment portfolios
* coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
* represent the organisation in global and regional HIV discussions

Profile requirements

* PhD, MD, or equivalent qualification
* at least 15 years of experience in global health, especially HIV programmes
* experience introducing and scaling health innovations
* strong understanding of health systems, policy, and implementation
* experience working with governments and donors
* strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
