🏥🔬 Study Nurse / Research Assistant (m/f/d) – Institute of Clinical Nursing Science
The Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is recruiting several Study Nurses for the nationwide research project “PrävPfleg – Prevention of Long-Term Care Dependency through Prevention Nursing,” funded by the Innovation Fund of the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA). The project focuses on developing, implementing, and scientifically evaluating a new model of care to prevent long-term care dependency in older adults.
📍 Locations
Positions are available nationwide in Berlin, Cottbus, Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, Heilbronn, Münster, Oldenburg, and Würzburg. Applicants should indicate their preferred location, contract duration (27 or 28 months), and working hours (55% or 75%).

📌 Key Responsibilities
* Recruit study participants in cooperation with the regional Medical Service
* Conduct independent study visits in participants’ homes
* Carry out standardized and validated assessments
* Manage study documentation and appointment scheduling independently
* Travel regularly within the regional area (approx. 50 km radius)
🎓 Profile Requirements
* Completed training as a registered nurse or in a therapeutic profession (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy), or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, therapy, or health sciences
* Practical experience working with older adults (e.g. community care or home visits)
* Experience with standardized assessment tools
* Study experience desirable
* Confident use of MS Office
* Strong organizational skills, structured working style, and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills and empathy
* Willingness to travel regionally and work flexibly/mobile
📄 Contract & Conditions
* Salary group: E9a TVöD VKA
* Part-time: 21.18 hours/week (55%) up to 28.88 hours/week (75%)
* Fixed-term for 27 or 28 months (project-based)
* 30 days annual leave
* Modern shared office space at regional Medical Service offices and mobile work equipment provided
