🌍 Aktion gegen den Hunger (Action Against Hunger Germany) is seeking a **Senior Executive Officer / Advisor to the Executive Director** to support the management team in driving strategic alignment and effective operations. The organisation works globally to fight hunger and currently supports 26.5 million people in 57 countries.

🔎 The Role

* Strategic and operational support to the Executive Director
* Structure, prioritise and coordinate incoming requests and communications
* Prepare briefings, analyses and decision papers
* Organise meetings, travel and daily workflows
* Coordinate leadership bodies, board meetings and members’ assemblies
* Support internal communication and develop effective meeting formats
* Act as a key interface to senior leaders and external stakeholders

👤 Your Profile

* Extensive experience in office and project management, ideally supporting senior executives
* Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
* Ability to prepare complex content clearly for decision-making
* Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
* Confident using MS Office; familiarity with tools like Slack and/or Asana
* Berlin-based (or nearby) with regular on-site presence
* Calm, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style

Start: May 2026
* Full-time (38h/week; minimum 35h)
* Initially 2-year fixed-term contract
* Salary: €4,030–€4,750 gross/month (full-time, depending on experience)
* 30 days annual leave, flexible hours
