Aktion gegen den Hunger is seeking a committed and strategic Executive Management Advisor to support the CEO and leadership team in driving impactful humanitarian work worldwide. The organisation operates in 57 countries, supporting 26.5 million people in the fight against hunger, malnutrition, and poverty.
📍 Location: Berlin (regular office presence required)

⏳ Contract: Full-time (38 hrs/week, minimum 35 hrs), initially limited to 2 years
💰 Salary: €4,030–€4,750 gross/month (full-time, depending on experience)
🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and structure all requests to executive management
• Prepare briefings, analyses and decision-making documents
• Manage scheduling, travel planning and daily operations
• Organise and moderate internal & external meetings
• Represent the CEO in selected meetings when required
• Develop and improve internal meeting and communication formats
• Coordinate strategic leadership bodies, board meetings and member assemblies
• Document decisions, track milestones and support board development
👤 Profile Requirements
• Extensive experience in office and project management, ideally supporting senior leadership
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent organisational skills
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills (fluent German & English)
• Ability to prioritise, simplify complex topics and drive decisions
• Confident, solution-oriented and calm under pressure
• Experienced with MS Office and tools such as Slack and/or Asana
• Based in Berlin or surrounding area
