The role supports research, teaching, and international clinical initiatives in neonatal, child, and adolescent health in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), with a tandem position linked to the University of Malawi in Lilongwe.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

* Strategically coordinate and manage international research, education, and clinical programs
* Build and maintain communication networks between Germany and Malawi, academic institutions, and development partners
* Plan, implement, and monitor cross-institutional projects and capacity-building programs
* Organize and deliver international workshops, seminars, and training (online and on-site)
* Prepare annual reports and disseminate findings through conferences and scientific publications
* Support drafting and coordination of third-party funding proposals
