IQM Initiative Qualitätsmedizin e.V., a non-profit network of around 450 hospitals in Germany, Switzerland, and Slovenia, is seeking a full-time Consultant (m/f/d) to join its Berlin-based team at the earliest possible date. IQM is committed to cross-provider transparency and measurable improvements in hospital quality, based on routine data and its structured IQM Peer Review process.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Further develop and shape the IQM Peer Review methodology
• Design and support training formats (digital & in-person) for chief physicians and senior nursing staff
• Analyse peer review reports and evaluation forms (qualitative & quantitative data) and prepare findings for different target audiences
• Update and refine peer review tools and materials
• Support committee meetings and events (preparation, documentation, follow-up)
👤 Profile Requirements:
• Degree in health management, nursing management, health sciences, or a related field
• Initial experience in project management and committee work, ideally in healthcare
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with databases or CMS
• Structured, analytical working style and professional communication skills
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
