🌍 Job Opportunity: Team Lead (P5) – WHO, Geneva
Unitaid, hosted by WHO, is seeking a Team Lead to oversee a portfolio of global health grants focused on HIV, TB, malaria, and women’s & children’s health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Programme Managers and Officers
• Develop and manage multi-million-dollar grant portfolios
• Ensure alignment with Unitaid’s strategy and high-quality implementation
• Build and maintain global partnerships
• Drive risk management, strategy development, and process improvement
• Report to stakeholders, Management, and the Board
Profile Requirements:
• Advanced degree in public health, international relations, business/public administration, or related field
• At least 10 years’ international experience managing complex, large-scale grants (multi-country/cross-regional)
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and partnership-building skills
• Strong financial and project management expertise
• Excellent English (French an asset)
Contract Details:
• Grade: P5, Temporary Appointment (24 months)
• Location: Geneva, Switzerland
• Full-time position
