The Institute of Nursing Science at University Hospital Würzburg is seeking a Research Associate (75% part-time, fixed-term for 3 years, starting as soon as possible) with a focus on the nursing simulation lab.
Tasks
• Coordinate and further develop the nursing simulation lab, including design and implementation of simulations and skills training.
• Support coordination of the Bachelor’s program in Nursing Science.
• Contribute to funding applications, research projects, and publications.
• Conduct practice supervision, teaching, and examinations.
• Advise and support students, prospective students, and lecturers.
• Contribute to study programs, curricula, and public engagement.
• Opportunity for own scientific qualification.
Profile
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Nursing Science, Nursing or Medical Education, Public Health, Health Sciences, Educational Science, or related field.
• Completed vocational training in nursing.
• Strong motivation to collaborate with students, practice partners, and professionals.
• Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and flexibility.
