Pathways Public Health, a leading strategy and process consultancy specialising in health and care, is seeking a Junior Associate (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible. The firm advises on healthcare legislation, market access and reimbursement, and develops and implements care concepts, with a focus on improving patient pathways.

Key tasks
• Conduct analyses and support the development and implementation of strategies in healthcare.
• Prepare client deliverables.
• Build and maintain network contacts.
• Support clients in engaging with stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Assist in project management and coordination across teams.
Profile
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of healthcare system decision-making structures and self-administration.
• Strong interest in political structures and processes.
• Structured, conceptual thinker with excellent German and English skills.
• Team player with curiosity, initiative, and responsibility.
• Initial experience in healthcare or health policy is an advantage.
