A leading process and strategy consultancy specialising in healthcare and care is seeking an Associate (m/f/d) to join their team. The firm advises on healthcare legislation, market access and reimbursement, and the development and implementation of care concepts, with a focus on improving patient pathways.

Key tasks
• Analyse, develop, and implement strategies based on healthcare decision-making processes.
• Prepare deliverables for clients.
• Build and maintain professional networks.
• Support clients in engaging with stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage projects and coordinate multi-team collaborations.

Profile
• University degree.
• At least 2 years’ professional experience in healthcare or health policy.
• Knowledge of decision-making structures in healthcare and self-administration.
• Strong interest in political structures and processes.
• Structured, conceptual thinker with excellent German and English communication skills.
• Market access/reimbursement experience desirable.
• Team-oriented, curious, proactive, and responsible.
