inav – Institute for Applied Health Research is offering a 2-year Trainee Programme for graduates passionate about health innovation, market access, and policy. Trainees gain hands-on experience across health services research, digital health, and healthcare consulting, with mentorship and opportunities to contribute directly to strategic projects in Germany’s health system.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Conduct literature reviews and scientific research
• Develop and support evaluations and research studies
• Prepare presentations, policy briefs, and publications
• Support project coordination and client communication
• Learn market access strategy and digital therapeutics evaluation

✅ Your Profile
• University degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Psychology, Management, or related fields
• Strong interest in pharmaceuticals, digital health, and healthcare innovation
• Knowledge of the German healthcare system is essential
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
• Proficient in German (C2) and English (B2)
• Experience with data analysis or willingness to learn statistical and research tools
• Excellent communication and writing skills
