🔍 About the Role:
The ONE Campaign is recruiting a Global Health Policy and Advocacy Manager to lead strategies that support investments in multilateral global health initiatives, including the Global Fund and Gavi. The role focuses on shaping policy, influencing donor commitments, and coordinating high-level advocacy initiatives in the lead-up to 2025 replenishments.

📍 Location: Berlin (hybrid) | 🗓️ Start Date: September 2025
🕒 Contract: 2 years, Full-time
💶 Salary: €55,000–€65,000/year

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement advocacy strategies around Official Development Assistance (ODA) for health
• Monitor health policy and financing developments in Germany and Europe
• Draft policy papers, talking points, and briefings
• Engage with political stakeholders and multilateral institutions
• Organize the Global Health Champions Ecosystem (GHCE), including a learning trip and events
• Represent ONE at public forums and within European policy networks

👤 Your Profile:
• Master’s in international development, public health, political science, or equivalent
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience in global health policy or advocacy
• Proven understanding of Germany’s development landscape, multilateral funding (GFATM, Gavi), and policy cycles
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
