About the Role
Welthungerhilfe is seeking a Project Manager for Digital Transformation to help lead key initiatives in business process optimization and SAP S/4 HANA migration. As part of an international team, you'll play a central role in managing transformative projects that contribute to WHH’s mission: achieving Zero Hunger by 2030.

🕒 Start Date: As soon as possible
📆 Contract: Initially 2 years, with strong extension prospects

💼 Salary: According to Welthungerhilfe’s internal pay scale (Grade 8)

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the successful implementation of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and scope.
• Manage core business process migration (Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay) to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to align on strategic goals and foster collaboration.
• Oversee the integration of IT solutions in line with project and organizational standards.
• Ensure project delivery is efficient, measurable, and impactful.

Your Profile
• A university degree in a relevant field and strong experience in project management.
• Familiarity with agile methods; PMP/PMI/IPMA certification is a plus.
• Proven track record in standardizing and optimizing business processes.
• Enthusiasm for leading digital change and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with resilience during change processes.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German are advantageous.
• Experience in international and multicultural environments is highly valued.
