The UCL Global Business School for Health is seeking a dynamic Lecturer in Health Systems and Policy to join its interdisciplinary team at the UCL East campus. This role involves contributing to cutting-edge teaching and impactful research aligned with the School’s mission to reimagine global health systems.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver modules for the MSc in Health Systems, Policy, and Transformation and the BSc in Business and Health
• Supervise student research and provide mentorship
• Lead or contribute to high-impact research in health policy and systems
• Secure research funding and engage in collaborative, interdisciplinary projects

👤 Who We’re Looking For:
• PhD in health systems, policy, public/global health, health economics, or a related field
• Strong background in teaching and research in health policy/systems
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and interdisciplinary engagement

💡 Desirable (not essential):
• Experience in module/programme leadership
• Proven success in securing research/enterprise funding
• Teaching qualification (PGCert or equivalent)
