The Institute for Quality Assurance and Transparency in Healthcare (IQTIG) is seeking a Project Lead (m/f/d) in the Patient Survey Department. The role is central to developing and implementing validated patient surveys as part of quality assurance processes in outpatient and inpatient care.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects for developing and implementing patient surveys
• Develop standardized tools using PREMs (Patient Reported Experience Measures) and PROMs (Patient Reported Outcome Measures)
• Design and execute data analyses and scientific evaluations
• Plan and conduct literature reviews, interviews, focus groups, and expert workshops
• Write scientific reports and present findings internally and externally
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners
• Contribute to the ongoing methodological development of the department

👤 Candidate Profile:
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in social sciences or psychology, with a strong background in empirical research methods
• PhD or equivalent research experience preferred
• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management and health research
• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative methods, incl. statistics (e.g. R, structural equation modeling), data analysis, and interview techniques
• Experience with PREMs/PROMs and large datasets
• Proficient in R, MAXQDA, and MS Office
• In-depth knowledge of the German healthcare system and quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and fluent German and English
