    The German Society for Tropical Medicine, Travel Medicine and Global Health (DTG) and the German network against Neglected Tropical Diseases (DNTDs) are looking for a new Youth Ambassador for Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs).


    🚀 Start date: 1 Oktober 2026
    🗓️ Duration: 27-months (24-month active term of office and a 3-month transition phase overlapping with the current Youth Ambassador)
    ⏳ Time requirement: ~15h/month (flexible)
    ❗ Application deadline: 15 July 2026


    🔎 Key Elements
    - Active participation in the meetings of DTG’s committee on NTDs and individual project groups
    - Participation in DNTDs meetings, initiatives and events with Members of the German Bundestag (e.g. World Health Summit)
    - Co-leading the NTD Youth Initiative of the committee on NTDs and Young DTG
    - Social media work for DTG and DNTDs


    👤 Profile Requirements
    - University student in the fifth or higher semester OR
    - Recent graduates who are already working and pursuing further education
    - Educational background or volunteer experience related to NTDs
    - German and English proficiency at C1 level
    - Willingness to join DTG and become a member of the committee on NTDs
