The World Health Summit (WHS) in Berlin is looking for a Student Assistant Communications (m/f/d) to support its communications team in shaping the public visibility of one of the leading global health platforms.
Key Tasks:
• Support in creating, planning and publishing social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube), incl. basic graphic design (e.g. Canva)
• Drafting and proofreading texts and visual content for website, newsletter and other materials
• Monitoring and documenting media coverage (national & international)
• Research on current global health topics for publications and communication materials
• Support event communication, including materials for press and partners
• Maintain and update media and partner databases 📢
Profile Requirements:
• Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g. Media, Communication, PR, Public Health, Politics)
• Strong interest in communication for diverse audiences
• Ideally first experience with social media tools, CMS (e.g. Storyblok) and CRM (e.g. MS Dynamics 365)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva) an advantage
• Very good German and English (written & spoken)
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, ability to meet deadlines
• Team player with independent, solution- and service-oriented work style
• Creative, strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and interest in global health 💡
