🎓 Job Opportunity – Student Assistant (f/m/d) in Learning & Development at Médecins Sans Frontières Germany

🕓 Part-time: 16–20 hours/week

MSF Germany is looking for a committed and creative student assistant to join its Learning & Development team, supporting a vibrant, inclusive learning culture for staff. You'll help coordinate trainings and events, manage communication and data, and even lead small projects like the buddy program or language cafés.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Support planning, logistics, and communication for training workshops and events
• Collect, analyze, and present feedback/data on development activities
• Create engaging materials (flyers, guides, presentations) in English and German
• Maintain internal platforms (e.g. SharePoint, team inbox)
• Conduct research and support development of internal concepts
• Manage small-scale initiatives and assist with larger events like the Development Day

✅ Your Profile
• Enrolled university student (please indicate how long you expect to remain enrolled)
• Structured, reliable, and creative with a collaborative mindset
• Confident using or learning tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Canva, SharePoint, AI tools
• Strong communication in German and English
• Based in Berlin and available for occasional office presence
