BARMER is looking for a motivated graduate to join its pharmaceutical division trainee program with a focus on data management. You'll gain broad insights into Germany's healthcare system and contribute to data-driven innovation in pharmaceutical care.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Support pharmaceutical performance monitoring (standard and ad-hoc reports)
• Collect and analyse billing and service data
• Collaborate with pharmacists to develop strategic recommendations
• Contribute to internal risk management of operational processes
• Work across departments and on interdisciplinary projects
👤 Your Profile:
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in (Business) Informatics, Health Economics, or related field
• Initial experience in healthcare (e.g., internships, student jobs)
• Proficient in German (C1 level); good SQL and data analysis skills preferred
• Strong analytical mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• Interest in agile, user-focused work methods
