🔹 About the Internship
Join the GIZ project “Health System Strengthening and Epidemic Prevention III (HSSEP III)”, supporting the Sierra Leone Ministry of Health. Gain hands-on experience in public health cooperation and epidemic preparedness using the One Health approach.
🕐 Start: 1 September 2025 | ⏳ Ends: 28 February 2026
💰 Stipend: €2,205.04/month (+ possible expatriation allowance)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Support training, workshops & stakeholder meetings
• Assist with reporting and stakeholder communication (e.g., BMZ)
• Help manage knowledge sharing and PR content
• Contribute to tender preparation and procurement processes
🔹 Requirements
• Enrolled in (or recent graduate of) Public/International Health, Development Studies or related fields
• Fluency in English and German
• Familiarity with participatory methods and sustainable planning
• Strong teamwork and intercultural communication skills
🔸 Eligibility
Open only to currently enrolled students or graduates (within 6 months of internship start).
