Mentoring Programme – Young Professionals Network for Public Health (NÖG) 🌍🤝

Public and global health is a diverse and dynamic field with constantly evolving conditions and demands. Professionals are often faced with important career decisions and questions about future directions. Exchange and networking with others can support professional development, decision-making, and orientation. For this reason, the Mentoring Programme of the Working Group “Career Pathways” of the Young Professionals Network for Public Health (NÖG) is launching its next round after several successful years.

They warmly invite you to take part in the programme as a mentee (seeking guidance) or as a mentor (offering guidance). Applications for both roles are also possible.

From April to October 2026, the programme offers a structured one-to-one exchange between mentor and mentee over a period of six months, including approximately five online meetings. The kick-off meeting will take place in April (further details to follow).

Mentor–mentee matching will be based on professional experience, areas of specialisation, and interests, collected via a questionnaire.
