The 60th Annual Conference of the German Society for Social Medicine and Prevention (DGSMP) is expecting around 500 participants. Support is needed to help with various tasks during the event.
📍 Location: Charité Campus Virchow-Klinikum, Berlin
📅 Dates:
• Congress: 17–19 September 2025
• Setup: 16 September (from 3:00 PM)
🧾 Wage: €13.50/hour (short-term employment contract)
📌 Minimum commitment: 2 full days

• Room Host/Hostess:
Tech setup (laptops, projectors), assisting with presentations, handing out materials
• Registration Desk:
Distributing materials, answering participant questions
• Cloakroom Service:
Managing coats and bags
• General Assistance:
Speaker guidance, prep tasks, material distribution
✅ Requirements
• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor
• Confident with guests and technical equipment
• Good German language skills (English helpful)
• Experience with presentation tools (for room host role)
