The Institute for Gender Research in Medicine (GiM) at Charité Berlin is currently looking for interns to support a gender-sensitive smoking prevention project in collaboration with the German Heart Foundation.

📝 Tasks:
• Support a research project aimed at preventing smoking and vaping among children and adolescents
• Assist in school-based workshops focused on smoking prevention, self-efficacy, and resilience
• Contribute to data collection, evaluation, and analysis as part of the ongoing study
• Help with scientific literature research and preparation of research materials
👤 Profile Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in Public Health, Health Sciences, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong interest in school-based prevention and gender-sensitive health research
• Initial experience in data collection, analysis, or literature reviews
• Willingness to support on-site school interventions and data gathering
• Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R) and Office applications
• Very good knowledge of German (ideally also English) in writing and speaking
• Team-oriented, proactive, and responsible
