This session will focus on Translating Genomic Data into Public Health Actions, highlighting the critical role of pathogen genomic surveillance in tracking emerging threats and guiding public health responses.
The session will explore how genomic data can be integrated into actionable public health strategies, with insights from initiatives like the International Pathogen Surveillance Network (IPSN). Speakers will share country perspectives, best practices, and lessons learned in strengthening genomic surveillance, capacity building, and cross-border collaborations.
