The Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, together with the Technical University of Berlin and partners, invites participants to the final symposium of the dVP_FAM project. The event will present the development and evaluation of a cross-sectoral digital care platform designed for individuals with familial cancer risk — a milestone in integrating digital innovation into preventive oncology.
Programme highlights:
- Keynotes on knowledge-generating care, digital health law, and electronic patient records
- Insights into the dVP_FAM platform’s functionality, user perspectives from clinical practice, and results of the evaluation study
- Speakers include experts from Charité, TU Berlin, Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln, and Cardiff University
