📝 Key Responsibilities
Support research projects in nursing education and healthcare services.
Develop research ideas and contribute to funding applications.
Teach and supervise students, including their final theses.
Publish research findings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

🎓 Candidate Profile
Master’s degree or equivalent in Nursing Science, Health Sciences/Public Health, or a related field.
Nursing registration and relevant professional experience.
Research experience, academic writing skills, and preferably teaching experience.
Strong English skills and German proficiency at C1 level or above.
