💻 GKV-Spitzenverband is looking for a Fachreferent/Fachreferentin (m/f/d) for its Competence Centre for Digitalisation and Long-Term Care, Research Unit for Long-Term Care Insurance, in Berlin.
📍 Location: Berlin
🗓️ Start: As soon as possible
⏳ Contract: Fixed-term until 31 December 2027
💼 Hours: Full-time, 39 hours/week (part-time options can be discussed)
🏠 Mobile working: Up to 50%
🔎 Main tasks
Work in an interdisciplinary team at the intersection of health services research, health policy and practical long-term care. Assess the potential of digital solutions in long-term care, including their benefits, risks and implementation requirements. Conduct scoping reviews and systematic literature reviews and turn findings into scientific publications and practical recommendations. Present complex research findings clearly to internal committees, professional audiences and policymakers. Develop and maintain networks with researchers, care providers, manufacturers and policymakers.
🎓 Profile
Completed university degree in health sciences, nursing sciences or social sciences, ideally with a focus on health services research. Proven experience conducting systematic literature reviews, particularly scoping or systematic reviews. Strong knowledge of empirical social research and evidence-based healthcare. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly. German: C1 minimum; English: B2 minimum.
Strong organisational skills, teamwork, social competence and ability to work independently.
