Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is seeking a part-time Research Associate (m/f/d) to join its multidisciplinary team in Health and Nursing Sciences, starting 1 October 2026. Based at Campus Virchow-Klinikum in Berlin, the fixed-term position focuses on educational research in the health professions, with particular emphasis on the design, implementation and evaluation of interprofessional education in areas such as emergency preparedness, school nursing and clinical competence development. 🩺📚

The successful candidate will contribute to research projects, develop new funding proposals, teach in the Master's programme in Health Professions Education, supervise students and thesis projects, publish research findings, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teaching and research teams. The role also offers opportunities to pursue a PhD as part of academic career development.

Applicants should hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in nursing, health sciences, education or a related field, ideally with professional experience in nursing or another health profession. Experience in empirical research, scientific writing and teaching in higher education, along with excellent German (C1) and English language skills, is required.
