BAuA is seeking a Doctoral Researcher to join the research project "Successful (Differential) Work System Design for Employees with Health Impairments â Challenges, Opportunities and Conditions" within the Mental Workload and Mental Health research group.
đ Key Responsibilities:
⢠Conduct qualitative field research, interviews and focus groups
⢠Analyse qualitative data using research software (e.g. MaxQDA)
⢠Publish findings in national and international peer-reviewed journals
⢠Present research at scientific conferences
⢠Support literature reviews in the "Stay at Work" field
⢠Assist with project management, ethics applications and documentation
⢠Contribute to policy and practice transfer activities
⢠Support planning and delivery of scientific events
â Required Profile:
⢠Master's degree (or equivalent, minimum 300 ECTS) in Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Sciences, Social Work, Organisational Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field with a focus on work and health
⢠Knowledge of work and organisational design
⢠Knowledge of workplace prevention and health promotion measures
⢠Proven experience in qualitative research design, data collection and analysis
⢠Experience with qualitative analysis software (e.g. MaxQDA)
⢠Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills
⢠Willingness to pursue a PhD within the project
⢠Willingness to travel for work
⢠Excellent German language skills (C2)

⢠Experience publishing scientific papers
⢠Experience in workplace prevention practice
⢠English proficiency (B2)
