The German Red Cross is looking for a full-time Policy & Partnership Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin to join the Anticipation Hub within its International Cooperation Division. The role supports the global advancement of anticipatory humanitarian action and collaboration with over 170 international partner organizations.

🧩 Key tasks:
• Develop policy papers, advocacy strategies & political narratives
• Represent the Anticipation Hub at international forums & UN conferences
• Coordinate global partnerships and joint advocacy activities
• Strengthen networking, partner engagement & knowledge exchange
• Organize events and dialogue formats with international stakeholders

āœ… Profile requirements:
• Degree in political science, international relations, humanitarian aid, public policy or related field
• Several years of experience in policy, advocacy, partnerships or network coordination
• Strong understanding of humanitarian systems & anticipatory action
• Excellent communication, analytical & writing skills
• Fluent English required; German and other languages (Spanish/French/Arabic) are an advantage
• Willingness for occasional international travel

šŸ•’ Start date: As soon as possible
šŸ“… Contract: Full-time (39h/week), initially until 31.12.2028 with possible extension
šŸ’¼ Salary: Salary Group 12 according to DRK collective agreement
