The German Federal Ministry for Education, Family Affairs, Seniors, Women and Youth is seeking a referent (m/f/d) to join the office of the Independent Federal Commissioner against Child Sexual Abuse (UBSKM) in Berlin. The position is available immediately, full-time or part-time, and limited to a two-year contract.
The role focuses on policy development, coordination, and implementation in areas such as prevention, support systems, and research on child sexual abuse. Key tasks include developing a national advisory system, designing a digital platform for information and support, creating training materials, managing projects and contracts, and collaborating with stakeholders across government, research, and civil society 🤝💻.
Candidates should hold a relevant master’s degree (e.g. social sciences, law), demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, and have the ability to work strategically under pressure. Interest or experience in social or child protection issues is an advantage.
