The German Federal Ministry for Education, Family Affairs, Seniors, Women and Youth is seeking a referent (m/f/d) to join the office of the Independent Federal Commissioner against Child Sexual Abuse (UBSKM) in Berlin. The position is available immediately, full-time or part-time, and limited to a two-year contract.

The role focuses on policy development, coordination, and implementation in areas such as prevention, support systems, and research on child sexual abuse. Key tasks include developing a national advisory system, designing a digital platform for information and support, creating training materials, managing projects and contracts, and collaborating with stakeholders across government, research, and civil society 🤝💻.

Candidates should hold a relevant master’s degree (e.g. social sciences, law), demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, and have the ability to work strategically under pressure. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, intercultural competence, and a commitment to diversity-sensitive approaches are essential. Interest or experience in social or child protection issues is an advantage.
