The Charité is seeking a part-time Programme Officer (f/m/d) to support and expand international partnerships and academic exchange programmes. 🌍🏥

📍 location: Berlin (Campus Charité Mitte)
📅 start date: 15 June 2026
⏳ contract: fixed-term (until 04 October 2027)
💼 workload: 75% (approx. 29 hours/week)
💰 salary: E13 TVöD

🧩 key tasks:

* manage and develop international partnerships (e.g. with University of Nairobi)
* coordinate exchange and funding programmes such as Erasmus+
* advise staff on international funding opportunities (e.g. German Academic Exchange Service, Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Fulbright Program)
* organise visits, events, and collaboration activities
* contribute to internationalisation strategy and projects
* prepare reports, presentations, and briefings in German and English
* represent the unit in networks such as the Berlin University Alliance

👤 profile requirements:

* degree in a relevant field (e.g. international relations, public health, social sciences)
* 2–3 years of experience in international cooperation or project management
* strong knowledge of academic exchange programmes (especially Erasmus+)
* excellent English skills; international experience desirable
* confident use of MS Office and digital tools
