💡 role overview
Support the development and expansion of self-help structures for informal caregivers across Germany. The role connects volunteer engagement with professional project development and focuses on strengthening networks and digital self-help services.

🛠️ key tasks

* Expand and stabilise regional and state-level self-help networks
* Support the creation of new self-help organisations (e.g. in Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg)
* Recruit and empower volunteer caregivers
* Organise and run digital self-help groups and events
* Develop concepts, coordinate speakers, and promote online formats
* Collaborate closely with project leadership and digital self-help teams
* Act as a link between volunteers and organisational structures

👤 profile requirements

* Background in social work, public health, care, or related fields
* Knowledge of caregiving challenges and self-help structures (incl. digital formats)
* Experience in project management and network building
* Strong communication skills and confident outreach to diverse groups
* High level of independence, organisation, and analytical thinking
* Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn
* Knowledge of funding law (§45d SGB XI), association law, or mediation is a plus
