The Institute for Nursing Science at Uniklinikum Würzburg is looking for a research associate focused on coordinating the Bachelor’s programme in Nursing Science. The position is fixed-term for 3 years and available full-time or part-time (75–100%), starting as soon as possible.

Tasks include coordinating and developing the study programme, organising practical placements with partners, designing and delivering teaching and study concepts, supporting students and lecturers, conducting courses, exams and application processes, and helping set up a nursing simulation lab. You’ll also contribute to research projects, publications, and academic development, while building networks across academia and practice.

Applicants should have a relevant Master’s degree (e.g. nursing science, health sciences, education), completed nursing training, and strong interest in teaching and collaboration. Knowledge of research methods, plus communication, teamwork, and organisational skills are expected.
