The Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin (BAuA) is seeking a **Student Assistant (f/m/d)** for Group 3.4 “Medical Occupational Safety, Occupational Diseases” at its **Berlin** location.

📍 Location: Berlin
⏳ Start date: As soon as possible
📅 Duration: Fixed-term for 24 months
🕒 Working hours: Part-time, up to 17.5 hours/week
💶 Salary: E 3 TVöD

Key Responsibilities

* Support with systematic literature research and reference management 📚
* Assist in preparing scientific summaries and knowledge syntheses
* Contribute to drafting texts, presentations, and publications (editing & formatting)
* Support the offices of the Medical Advisory Board on Occupational Diseases (ÄSVB) and the Committee on Occupational Medicine (AfAMed), including event preparation and meeting coordination
* Assist with team organization (room bookings, event management, calendar maintenance, data filing)

Profile Requirements

* Enrolled Master’s student in a health-related or related field (e.g., Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, Human Biology, Biomedical Sciences)
* Strong interest in scientific research, especially epidemiological studies and systematic reviews in occupational health
* Basic knowledge of epidemiological methods
* Good MS Office and IT skills
* Structured and independent working style
* Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
