Position: Part-time (75%, 29.55 h/week), permanent role starting 01.05.2026. TV-L Berlin salary grade 13.
Tasks:
* Promote discrimination-free, diversity-sensitive learning, teaching, and work environments.
* Advise staff and committees on inclusive and anti-racist practices.
* Co-lead the Intersektionale Praxis und Transformation (InPuT) area.
* Develop diversity and anti-discrimination projects, training, and funding applications.
* Provide guidance for members experiencing discrimination.
Profile Requirements:
* University degree in social, cultural, legal, or humanities fields.
* Experience supporting structurally disadvantaged and racialized groups.
* Knowledge of discrimination dimensions, anti-racist strategies, and structural development processes.
* Project management, advisory, and leadership skills.
* English or relevant migration-language skills.
* Knowledge of legal frameworks (e.g., AGG, LADG) is a plus.
