The Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Kinder- und Jugendhilfe e.V. (AGJ) is seeking a **Project Assistant (m/f/d)** for the project *“Themenbotschafter*in Gesundes Aufwachsen”*, which promotes cooperation between the public health system and child & youth services to strengthen health-promoting environments for young people and families across Germany 🌍.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
* Organize, conduct, and follow up on expert council meetings and professional events
* Conduct research and provide content support for the project
* Collect and analyze data from six model municipalities (legal and organizational frameworks, model descriptions)
* Support website maintenance and social media content creation
* Manage databases, mailing lists, and general office communication
* Contribute to reporting on project activities
👤 Candidate Profile
* Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in (social) pedagogy, education, or administrative sciences
* Knowledge of child & youth services and/or public health, or strong ability to quickly learn these areas
* Strong editorial and content creation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CMS (Typo3) is a plus
* Experience in public relations, event, or project management is advantageous
* Structured, self-motivated, and team-oriented
