🔍 Position sought:
inav is looking for a Scientific Research Associate (m/f/d) to support evaluations and research projects in the health care sector, starting as soon as possible.

🧠 Key tasks:
• Design, conduct and analyse health services and/or health economics evaluations (e.g. Innovation Fund projects)
• Collect and analyse qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods data
• Conduct literature reviews (systematic, meta-analyses, scoping reviews)
• Project and stakeholder management in interdisciplinary consortia
• Write reports and scientific publications
• Support grant and project proposal writing
• Contribute to strategic client and project consulting

👤 Profile requirements:
• Master’s/Diploma in Public Health, Health Economics, Health or Social Sciences (or comparable)
• Initial experience in scientific work and project management
• Strong methodological skills (qualitative, quantitative, health economic or mixed methods)
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Very good German and English skills
• Knowledge of the German health care system is an asset
