Join the Global Health Centre in Geneva and support the International Geneva Global Health Platform, working at the intersection of global health diplomacy, governance, and climate & pandemic policy.
Key tasks
• Plan and coordinate high-level events & meetings (online and onsite) with diplomats, IOs, civil society, media & academia
• Manage administrative tasks, contact lists, invoicing, stakeholder relations
• Maintain and update websites & social media; design communication materials
• Conduct policy-oriented research on pandemic governance, climate & health; produce reports, briefs & presentations
• Support diplomatic outreach, minutes and action tracking
Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
• 3–4 years’ related experience
• Strong interest in global health governance & law
• Excellent English communication; French/UN languages a plus
• Skilled in Zoom/Webex; strong organisation & analytical skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced international team
• Assets: Adobe Suite, Wix/WordPress, social media tools
Offer
• 12-month renewable contract, 100% (40h/week)
