The Institute of Clinical Nursing Science at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is seeking a Scientific Research Associate (d/f/m) to support teaching and research within the Bachelor of Nursing programme. This full-time role initially covers maternity leave, with the option for extension during parental leave.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organise & deliver nursing-related teaching in the Bachelor of Nursing programme
• Contribute to curriculum development & programme implementation
• Supervise and support students in theoretical & practical learning phases
• Design and conduct examinations
• Participate in grant applications and research projects
• Time for academic qualification is included (per BerlHG)
• Teaching duties in line with Berlin higher education regulations

🎯 Profile Requirements
• Nursing qualification (adult or paediatric)
• Completed Master’s degree in Nursing Science, Health Sciences, Public Health, Health Professions Education, or Nursing/Medical Education
• Practical nursing experience (paediatrics desirable)
• Teaching and student supervision experience is an advantage
• Interest and/or experience in nursing research & evidence-based practice
• Strong communication, teamwork, independence & time management
• Very good English skills (spoken & written)
