About the Role
Charité is looking for a Referent / Coordinator (d/f/m) for the nationwide “Empowerment for Diversity” program, focused on strengthening diversity competence, reducing discrimination in healthcare, and supporting organizational, educational, and research activities.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Coordinate team structures and workflows
✨ Plan meetings, yearly agendas, and retreats
✨ Build and maintain the national network and represent the program externally
✨ Work with advisory boards and support strategic development
✨ Act as a link between leadership, team, and Stiftung Mercator
✨ Contribute to reports, publications, and conferences
✨ Co-organize national alliance and sustainability events
✨ Pursue scientific qualification during working hours
Candidate Profile
✔ Relevant university degree (e.g., social sciences, public health, psychology, medicine, education, economics)
✔ Experience in project coordination and team leadership
✔ Knowledge of diversity-sensitive healthcare and anti-discrimination
✔ Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills
✔ Very good German; additional languages welcome
✔ Willingness to travel within Germany
