The German Heart Center of Charité (Campus Charité Mitte) is hiring a part-time Scientific Research Associate (E13 TVöD, 20 hrs/week) in Public Health/Health Services Research for the project ePA4all – “Electronic Patient Record for All”, starting as soon as possible (fixed-term until 31.10.2027).

Main tasks 🧪
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies on acceptance, use and further development of the electronic patient record (e.g. interviews, surveys, focus groups)
• Prepare, analyze and interpret data (including secondary data from gematik)
• Write scientific publications, reports and conference presentations
• Support project organisation and coordination with external partners

Profile ✅
• Completed Master/Diploma (or equivalent) in health services research, social sciences, humanities or related field
• Experience with qualitative & quantitative research methods; ideally mixed-methods and biostatistics/data analysis
• Independent, structured academic working style and strong communication skills
• Very good German and English; good understanding of the German health system and interest in digital health
